For thirty five years, The Edinburgh Light Orchestra has presented its unique blend of tuneful melodies to packed houses at The Queen’s Hall.
With the emphasis on ‘easy listening’, Edinburgh’s popular Concert Orchestra presents its summer ‘Journey Into Melody’ with an evening of some of the best and most popular music from the cinema, television, the musical stage and the wonderful melodious world of ‘light music’.
And we extend a very special welcome to our new guest soloist – Bruce Graham (Baritone) – who returns to his native City for his first appearance with the Edinburgh Light Orchestra. Bruce’s selection of songs includes favourites by Rodgers and Hammerstein, Gilbert and Sullivan, Rossini and the popular ‘evergreen’ – ‘The Floral Dance’.
